These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

Order process
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

Prices
All prices are final prices. In accordance with §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is shown (small business regulation).

Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times may vary as goods are shipped directly from the supplier.

Right of withdrawal
