We deliver to Germany and other EU countries.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

Delivery times
Delivery is made directly from the supplier. The estimated delivery time is usually:

Germany: 7–21 working days
EU: 10–28 working days

Please note that delays may occur in individual cases (e.g., high order volume, customs clearance, transport bottlenecks).

Shipment tracking
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, if available.

Undeliverable shipments
If a delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect address, the customer is liable for additional costs.
